Products that are often ordered include:

Tablecloths

These are often ordered by universities for various events such as Open Days, Recruitment Days, business exhibitions and UCAS events (for visitors to easily see who’s who).

When ordering tablecloths, it’s important to consider the following:

  • Dimensions – 3m x 1.5m is by far the most popular though we can source other sizes and table runners too
  • Branding options – to front overhang (best placement) – CAD cut for single colour logos in black or white, or transfer for digital branding in multi-colours
  • Maximum branding area – about 700mm wide by 400mm high (dependant on logo dimensions and positioning)
  • Colours – around 20 to choose from but most popular are black, royal blue, navy blue, red and lime green (ask us to send over an image of the swatch card)
  • Minimum order – just one per design. Price breaks at 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100.

Lanyards

Lanyards have always been popular with our higher education customers. Don’t forget to consider:

  • Material – although polyester is still the most ordered (42 standard colours), there are more sustainable options including bamboo, rPET etc
  • Width – 10, 15, 20mm wide
  • Minimum order – usually 50 or 100, with price breaks at around 250-300, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000 and 10000
  • Branding requirements – screen printing (for one or two spot colours generally) or dye sub / heat transfer for CMYK full colour logos. Also consider if to print to one side or both of the lanyards
  • Always included – safety break and clip
  • Accessories – optional extras include (but not limited to) rigid open faced card holders, clear recycled plastic wallets and various different types of clip
  • Timescale – we can source from the UK for a lower footprint for a quicker delivery, but this is usually more expensive. Or Far East (3-4 weeks from approval but longer around UK and FE holidays).

Lots of our suppliers offer natural cotton shoppers in varying weights but the ones we sell most of are 5oz with long handles.

There are also differences of colours for 5oz cotton bags – all told we have access to around 20 different referenced colours as can be seen in our nearest pantone pdf compiled from 5 different suppliers (ask us for a copy).
